On this road again There is no place I would rather be So many places to go  So many things to see In my head I have a worlds view And a clear path ahead So many places to go I will not be misled Maybe I'll go to California  Or maybe Tennessee  Wherever I may go It'll be a part of me The longing to go From the mountains to the sea Discovering new people, new faces I'm ecstatic with glee Maybe I'll go to California  Or maybe Tennessee  Wherever I may go It'll be the place for me On this road again There is no place I would rather be So many places to go  So many things to see

From this day forward I shall never be told  Life is not worth living From this day forward  I promise to help  The young and the old who are hurting  From this day forward I will not be judged  By the way I feel or act  From this day forward  I shall hold dear every  moment Never live in fear  From this day forward  Every day, I will smile  For I'm happy I'm alive  From this day forward I shall chant Life is worth living and this is my only chance 

I build myself up You tear me down It wasn't long ago When I was  on the other side of town There is no reason Why I should believe you The hate in your eyes Has forever consumed you Now here I am  To face the truth  No matter what's happened  I loved you  You knock me down  I get right up I'm disillusioned And broken hearted  I build myself up You tear me down  It won't be long now Before I'm gone and out of town
